We will outwork anyone to make sure our client's get exactly what they want and will stop at nothing to make sure your creative vision is brought to life. Cancellation Policy

Disclaimer & Terms for virtual classes and private lessons: SUBJECT TO INSTRUCTOR AVAILABILITY REFUNDS: IF PARTICIPANT CANCELS AT LEAST 48 HRS PRIOR TO CLASS/LESSON START DATE, DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 48 HRS OF CLASS/LESSON START TIME ARE 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. Full refunds only issued if Jadée cancels. No exchanges or transferring of sessions. TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. PROPRIETARY INFORMATION: All information disclosed in the Jadée's Classes and Private Lessons, including but not limited to layout, curriculum, format, and structure of the lesson, teaching method, discussions, written materials, movements, dance steps, routines, choreography, and all trade secrets disclosed throughout the lesson either verbally or via email and are the property of Jadée Nikita and constitutes confidential and proprietary business information and trade secrets. In addition, any information that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential in nature will be protected. You agree to keep the Proprietary Information confidential and not to disclose the Proprietary Information to anyone without the prior written consent of Jadée Nikita. You further expressly agree that you will not use the Proprietary Information for the purpose of soliciting any students or employees of Jadée Nikita or to otherwise compete with Jadée Nikita. FILMING: Registrant is welcome to decline from public use of his or her footage and may do so by emailing bookjadeenikita@gmail.com after registration. Unless explicitly stated in such an email, Lady Dée Entertainment and Jadée Nikita may use your likeness in any still images and footage taken throughout the course of the lesson. You agree not to take personal photos, videos, boomerangs or the like during the virtual lesson on your own device unless permission is granted by Jadée Nikita. Jadée Nikita and Lady Dée Entertainment are not legally or financially responsible for any injury, theft, loss or damage to registrant’s person or belongings. Registrant’s involvement and/or participation in Jadée's class is voluntary, and registrant is acting under his or her own free will.
